$5.00 Dinner Challenge (Week #2) Easy Ham & Pineapple Pizza

I LOVE this pizza! It is my all time favorite from the Kitchen De BF Mark :)


PREP TIME: 15 Minutes, COOK TIME: 30 Minutes, STAND TIME: 10 Minutes
8 Servings

INGREDIENTS
1 can Pillsbury canned pizza dough
Barilla marinara pasta sauce
Smoked lowfat ham
2 cups shredded Publix brand low skim mozzarella cheese
1 can Publix brand pineapple tidbits


COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

1) Unroll pizza dough and press it out onto a foil lined pizza pan.


2) Spoon pizza sauce over dough and spread almost to the edge.

3) Microwave pineapple tidbits on a paper towel for 10 minutes to eliminate some of the excess moisture. Spread pineapple over sauce.



4) Top with cheese then with ham.



5) Bake at 375 degrees or 30 minutes or until crust is golden. Let stand 10 minutes.


6) Cook breadsticks according to the directions on the package and dinner is done!
We were Jonesing for carbs tonight, and this was perfect way to FFED THE NEED!
